All return requests and claims of mis-shipments, shortages, defective workmanship, etc. MUST be made within 30 days from receipt of the shipment.

A Return Authorization MUST be obtained prior to returning any eligible item. 

At checkout, customers may have the option to opt into a $2.98 upcharge that covers all potential return shipping costs via Redo, a third party. If the customer chooses to opt out of the Redo coverage, then the return shipping cost is at the customer’s expense. Redo is not available on orders that contain non-returnable items, such as custom football helmets.

Upon receipt, all return items will be inspected to ensure that it is new and unused. Upon review and evaluation, a refund will be processed on qualifying items.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, WASHED OR USED.

 

Returns on eligible items will not be accepted if any part of the above is not followed. This includes, but is not limited to, returns attempted past 30 days from shipment receipt, returns without the proper authorization forms and returns without a valid return authorization code.
